Chris Licciardi

Meet Chris Licciardi, our pastry sous-chef. Chris was born in Metairie, Louisiana and moved around a lot in his childhood: from Louisiana to Utah, then Georgia. But visiting New Orleans often helped him shape his understanding and love of food. Funny for a pastry chef but Chris is not a big fan of Chocolate! For him too, salt is a necessity in all great pastries. His current Bread Furst menu favorite: the Lemongrass Cheesecake, a classic with a little twist.
